Two people charged with murder in 2024 death of infant in northern Ontario

Provincial police say two people have been charged with murder in the death of an infant on Manitoulin Island last year.

Police say they responded to a call at a Burpee Township residence on Oct. 1, 2024 about an infant without vital signs, who was later pronounced dead in hospital.
