As of 10 a.m., the utility was still working to restore power to almost 76,000 clients after wind gusts of more than 100 kilometres per hour knocked out trees and equipment.聽
Most power outages were in the Laurentians north of Montreal, and the Mont茅r茅gie and Outaouais regions.聽
