MEXICO CITY - Canada and Mexico have signed a pact to deepen trade ties and partnerships to build infrastructure such as ports, rail and energy corridors while tackling crime and protecting the environment.

The agreement 鈥 billed as a comprehensive strategic partnership 鈥 was signed by Prime Minister Mark Carney and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum in Mexico City Thursday.聽
