Rural B.C. officials receive 'gratitude' over landfill resolution before ostrich cull

Operators of a British Columbia ostrich farm where 400 birds have been ordered culled said Wednesday that dozens of supporters have converged on the scene, as the federal agency in charge of the operation confirmed it would begin the "humane depopulation" of the animals.

However, the 春色直播 Food Inspection Agency said it would not publicize operational plans or dates of the cull at Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood, B.C.
