Tropical Storm Philippe chugs toward Bermuda on a path to Atlantic Canada and New England

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Tropical Storm Philippe aimed for Bermuda on Thursday on a path that would eventually take it to Atlantic Canada and eastern New England.

The storm was located about 430 miles (695 kilometers) south-southwest of Bermuda on Thursday afternoon. It had winds of up to 50 mph (85 kph) and was moving north at 13 mph (20 kph), according to the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ Hurricane Center in Miami.
