HALIFAX - Two youths in Halifax are facing charges following an alleged assault that police say was motivated by racial hatred.

RCMP in suburban Cole Harbour say that on Monday officers were told that a man, woman and two children were in a parking lot when they were followed to their vehicle by three youths who shouted obscenities racist taunts.
