One person dies after boating collision on Eel Lake in western Nova Scotia

SAULNIERVILLE, N.S. - An investigation is underway after a man was found dead following a boating collision on a small lake in western Nova Scotia, police said Monday.

RCMP spokeswoman Allison Gerrard said that after the collision Friday on Eel Lake — about 50 kilometres north of Yarmouth, N.S. — one person was rescued and a 62-year-old Halifax man was reported missing.
